Michaela explained “in these uncertain times, guests are rightly concerned whether they’ll be able to travel and enjoy their self catering holiday on Dartmoor. Whilst most travel companies are offering free amendments, we feel it’s only right to go the extra mile.
To help our guests, we’ve decided to give much greater flexibility on their bookings whilst the threat of Coronavirus continues. If any of our guests are unable to make their stay at our Dartmoor holiday home, whether it’s because of travel bans, border closures or because they’d rather not be away from home, we will offer the choice of either a full refund(*) or using that money as a credit towards a future stay in 2020 or 2021.“
